Do PST and IST working hours overlap?
Not for 9 to 5 on both sides. India is 13.5 hours ahead of PST and 12.5 hours ahead of PDT, so one side has to start early or stay late. Add both regions above and the calculator shows the slot with the fewest minutes outside anyone's workday.
